This person will be responsible for setting the overall strategy for the company?s total rewards program and the continual design and enhancement of the Consumer Driven Health Plan (CDHP). Responsibilities include: Chair Retirement and Benefits committee Support SVP of HR on Internal Compensation committee Design compensation and benefits packages in Europe and Canada Develop compensation and benefits strategy for acquisitions Design plans for equity programs, including restricted stock and employee stock purchase plans Develop bonus plan strategy and manage administration Create communication strategy for total reward programs Manage overall open-enrollment process for health and welfare plans Overall management of retirement plans including 401K, 403B and non-qualified Manage team of approximately seven direct reports Evaluate success of all programs against business goals, including attracting, engaging and retaining quality team members as well as financial performance Manage internal job grade program and analysis. Ensure job grades are internally consistent and externally competitive Develop company?s approach to pricing for benefit plans along with financial impacts to the company and to team members. Requirements include: 10 years experience in compensation and benefits to include strategy, design, and administration Specific experience in designing a Total Rewards Program At least 5-7 years experience managing multiple direct reports Must have worked in organization with at least 15,000 ? 20,000 team members in multiple locations International experience with benefits and compensation design Demonstrated ability to work with senior management on compensation and equity plans Demonstrated ability to reduce costs and drive value Experience with identifying and implementing technology that supports overall total rewards program Demonstrated experience to cost effectively manage vendors and consultants to achieve stated business objectives Knowledgeable in Sarbanes Oxley compliance Demonstrated ability to translate plans into budget projections and financial impacts In addition to working in a rewarding and enriching corporate environment, this position offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits.
