Currently our East Bridgewater, MA facility is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager of  Inventory and Receiving. A person in this position will provide high quality and superior inventory and receiving services to all clients while operating within budgetary guidelines and insuring that all service level agreements are met or exceeded. Additionally the responsibilities include but are not limited to:insuring the integrity of all inventory and receiving functionscompliance to all service level agreements and internal quality processesmeeting and exceeding direct labor percentages without sacrificing qualityworking with client service staff to develop strong relationships around the communication of all inventory and receiving related issuesleading process improvement initiatives throughout inventory and receivingmotivating and developing staff to achieve maximum output and growth

You must have strong knowledge of internal operations, systems and inventory management; strong interpersonal skills; the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet all deadlines; effective communication and supervisory skills; be computer literate and have at least two years of Operations experience along with at least one year of inventory management and/or supervisory experience.
