Web Content Manager
Job Summary:
Create, edit, modify, and layout online content for all Nu Skin Enterprises web properties in North America, South America, Europe, Israel, Russia, Australia, and New Zealand. This position will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enforcing online marketing content and online content standards within the region. Key deliverables from this position include: online campaign creation, online content editing, online pricing updates, and web metric reporting and analysis for the region.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Responsible for consistent implementation, development, and maintenance of online marketing and content design standards through collaboration with User Experience and Web Marketing.
2. Assist with in-line content entry, layout, and production of web pages, designs, publications, templates, and any other online marketing needs within the region.
3. Responsible for accurate, timely, and efficient job production within the group.
4. Provide leadership, direction, training, and support to the team and regional counterparts.
5. Recommend changes in policies and procedures to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
6. Be a user advocate in all online marketing needs by maintaining an up to date, functional knowledge of web metric data and user feedback.
7. Work cooperatively with supervisor, management, and team members to implement web marketing best practices.
8. Promote good customer relations through a positive, service-oriented attitude and effective negotiation.
9. Carry out instructions for online marketing needs as specified by the Online Marketing Director.

Qualifications:
1. B.A. and 1 year of experience, or A.A. and 2 year of experience, or extensive working knowledge of and an ability to train: Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, and basic HTML. Business Communications experience a plus.
2. General understanding of online marketing process with respect to writing, technical, and production.
