Personal Strengths, USA is looking for a full-time Webmaster in our Carlsbad, CA office. Working under the Director of Technology, you will be responsible for implementing the ongoing development and maintenance of the company's seven web entities.

Responsibilities:
•  Day-to-day site maintenance
•  Manage content updates
•  Manage hosting server relationships
•  Maintain and update shopping cart
•  Process and manage email broadcasts
•  Assisting in international distributor site set-up and translation
•  Optimize and link-up customer support documents
•  Optimize and link-up videos and tutorials
•  Maintain CRM system
•  Maintain distributor FTP
•  Performing navigation and browser compatibility
•  Test and manage site security
•  Assist in SEO updates
•  Manage customer marketing download file availability
•  Coordinate and research cross-linking opportunities
•  Research and advise on web technology solutions

Qualifications:
•  2+ years of experience with Unix, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
•  2+ years of thorough knowledge of browser compatibility issues for all platforms/major browsers is necessary.
•  2+ years conversion of existing images (TIFF, BMP, EPS, PSD) for online use (JPG, GIF) using Adobe ImageReady and PhotoShop is a must.
•  3+ years of thorough knowledge of browser compatibility issues for all platforms/major browsers is also a must.
•  Knowledge of Filemaker and Joomla a plus
