Building on this strong legacy, our AMS practice includes professionals who are responsible for maintaining client applications and technology infrastructure.Workflow Developer within Deloitte Consulting. Coordinates technical activities for the team, and is the primary point of contact for the client. Works directly with client management to organize, plan and prioritize the activities. Assigns tasks to developers, monitors and reports on progress, and helps resolve issues. Work as a mentor for younger associates in the center to help learn SAP ABAP / Workflow, center tools, and process. - Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or related job experience - 5 plus years experience SAP ABAP - 3 plus years experience workflow - 2 + full cycle implementation - Multiplatform experience in SAP development from 4+ - ECC 6.0 - New Dimension technology - Net weaver, XI - Prepare technical specification - Write ABAP program code - Create and maintain Workflow - Execute developer level unit testing - Prepares technical documentation - Consults with functional resources, users and business owners - Raises and helps resolve technical issues - Follows instructions or standard procedures - Assigns and schedules work for junior developers - Monitors development progress for junior developers - Produces status reports - Helps Supervises Employees - Compiles/examines information and selects the best action from defined alternatives. - Organizes/analyzes information and identifies/evaluates solutions from a range of alternatives. - Deals with complex issues, which require substantial analysis and/or independent judgment - Deals with highly complex and/or sensitive issues where existing policies/precedents do not apply. - Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing in English - Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, internal and external customers - Ability to work in stressful and changing environmental conditions - Ability to work under time pressure, tight deadlines and interruptions - Ability to organize and/or analyze information and identify solutions from a range of alternatives - Ability to compile and/or examine information and select the best action from defined alternatives - Troubleshooting skills and performance tuning experience - Excellent Communication Skills a must - Detail oriented with superior analytical, problem solving, and organization skills. - Strong personal networking skills with the ability to relate to executives and employees through all organizational levels.About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
