What you’ll do
As a key member of the team you will be responsible for the following:
Provide support to our Sales VPs by effectively handling daily written and verbal communication.Custom-write and edit client proposals.Interface with clients regularly and handle special requests.Schedule and attend client phone meetings for SVPs as needed and write up workshop profiles. Track sales process milestones by accurately entering all sales activity into database.Manage the proposal processCoordinate outreach activities and sales research. Coordinate webinars and various other events as necessary.
What you need to apply
Excellent writing and grammar (writing samples required)1-3 years experience in a sales environmentHighly organized with strong PC skills (MS Word and Excel, Outlook)Great attention to detail Able to manage multiple and changing prioritiesProven ability to support customers over the telephoneBA from accredited college, English major preferred
