Building on this strong legacy, our AMS practice includes professionals who are responsible for maintaining client applications and technology infrastructure. Candidates selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. - This ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Help Desk associate position is focused on the management of end user requests for service (help desk tickets, change requests, service requests) which may be submitted in electronic form or via telephone. - You would be responsible for opening the ticket, reviewing the information provided and assigning the ticket to the appropriate Applications Management Service team member whether functional or technical.  - You should bring a general working knowledge of IT operations, application development, application maintenance and help desk operations. - Your attention to detail, client management activities and ability to manage multiple client requests at one time is crucial to success in this role. - Minimum 2 years of HD experience required. - Working within the federal agencies is preferred.  - Little if any travel would be required.  - These positions will office in Rockville, Maryland.
