Building on this strong legacy, our AMS practice includes professionals who are responsible for maintaining client applications and technology infrastructure.*****SECRET CLEARANCE PREFERRED, BUT MUST AT LEAST BE CLEARABLE*****   Major project responsibilities will include: - Collaborative development of functional and technical requirements documentation - Development of new or enhanced code - Conduct of unit and integration testing and other quality management activities including peer review of other programmers development deliverables - Database management activities including table management and maintenance; and, database and query performance tuning Typical administrative and team activities will include: - Time and expense submissions in alignment with Deloitte Consulting and client-specific requirements - Attendance at role and level-appropriate team and client project meetings and events TECHNICAL SKILLS - 3-5 years experience in web development and system integration expertise on the Microsoft .NET platform in utilizing technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, ASP, C#, and XML - Solid understanding of the system development lifecycle, SDLC (analysis/requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation) - Significant experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS) in both design and development phasesof the SDLC - Specific experience with the Microsoft SQL Server RDBMS including: - Expertise with Structured Query Language (SQL) - Ability to perform development tasks such as create/alter/drop tables, columns, sequences, and triggers - Ability to perform basic database performance tuning tasks such as identifying/building indexes, analyzing query plans, and tuning SQL queries - Ability to provide database administration tasks such as managing users, and creating schemas - Expertise with the Microsoft Transact-SQL (T-SQL) programming language including functions, and stored procedures Position location: Arlington, VA/ Pentagon City About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
