YACHT CHARTER SALES MANAGER

Ultimate Yachts is a full service corporate and private yacht charter company. 

We are looking for an experienced Yacht Charter Sales Manager for our Fort Lauderdale office.  This position is responsible for increasing corporate and high net worth individual market revenue through inside sales and outside sales activities.  The focus of this position is togenerate sales contracts from customers for their yacht charters, vacations, corporate events and meetings.

The Yacht Charter Sales Manager Job responsibilities include:

 

· Lead generation through inside and outside sales efforts

· Lead follow-up, fulfillment and sales closing

· Designing the best event or itinerary for client based on their needs

· Closely working with crew, vendors, food & beverage and entertainment resources to 
  insure occasion  

· Face to face meetings with clients to view yachts and review program

· Establishing central agencies with yacht owners and captains

· Recruitment, training and supervision of staff.

 

This is a full time position with incentive commissions.

 

Requirements


YACHT CHARTER SALES MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS

 

· 3 to 5 years of yacht charter or related professional sales experience.

· Successful candidate will feel comfortable in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

· Must be willing to work with a great group of people selling a fun product!

· Must be organized, detail-oriented, outgoing and have the patience to work 
  closely with clients.

· Event planning & marketing experience is a plus.

· Previous work with the meetings industry, DMC’s, Fortune 500 corporation and the 
Convention market is also a plus.

· Candidate must be willing to work some evenings and weekends as the position
 hours expand and contract according to the client needs.
