KIK Houston located in Downtown Houston procures, blends, fills and packages a wide variety of liquid household cleaning products.

We are currently seeking an experienced and technically talented Blow Mold Operator.

Requirements to Qualify for this position: 

3+ Years Experience with Blow Molding Bottles of different sizes



Understand Blow Mold Operations



Responsible for bringing machine up from a cold condition to a full production operation insuring the container meets quality specifications



Will be responsible for quality checks and machine profile changes and associated documentation of those changes.



Will be responsible for daily production records and quality control records for any and all lines assigned to operate.



Coordinate process operations to ensure efficiency, including, communicate with production personnel



Must be able to keep up-to-date on process alterations and general procedures by reading logs, special procedures and posted notices
