Job Purpose:Maintains benefit programs by completing installations and modifications; administering plans; providing explanations and information.Duties:* Installs benefit program modifications and new programs by adjusting documentation, including plan texts, benefit agreements, and insurance policies; coordinating changes with carriers and trustees; reporting changes to third parties as required; changing access and retrieval systems and procedures.* Helps employees understand benefit programs by establishing communications channels, including announcements, booklets, pamphlets, meetings, seminars, and hot lines.* Develops new benefits programs by identifying and analyzing population history; preparing new specifications.* Administers benefit programs by maintaining employee database; responding to requests; interpreting policies and procedures; researching problems; providing information; establishing and maintaining a working relationship with benefit providers.* Maintains employee confidence by keeping benefit information confidential.* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.* Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.Skills/Qualifications:5+ years of experience, Internal Communications, Written Communication, Verbal Communication, Classifying Employees, Employment Law, Benefits Administration, Training Management, Informing Others, Legal Compliance, PC Proficiency, Database Management.APPLY NOW!Brooke Companies, established in 1989, specializes in recruiting and staffing top accounting, administrative and legal professionals.
