Industry leading supplier has an immediate opening for a Controller out of our corporate headquarters in Avon, OH. Established in 1902, the company now has 10 locations between the U.S. and Canada to serve the pattern, model, and tooling industries.

 

A Bachelor’s degree is required (CPA or MBA desirable). Prior supervisory experience is required for consideration. This position manages a department of four and oversees all accounting functions, receivable billings, collections, and credit. Position sets policies and procedures in accordance with ownership guidelines and ensures that they are designed properly and operating effectively. Managing company benefit plans (health insurance, 401K, etc) is a responsibility of this position—prior experience in this area is a definite plus! Company culture is very team focused, so good communication skills across all departments is a must!
