Chem Lab Tech-Northeast Houston

Kelly Scientific Resources is recruiting a Lab Tech for a chemical blending and packaging facility in Northeast Houston. The Lab Tech will perform basic wet chemistry tests including pH, viscosity titrations, percent moisture content, BODs, CODs, and TOCs. The Lab Tech will also be responsible for conducting internal audits and writing and revising SOPs. The ideal candidate must be capable of some heavy lifting of samples and sample containers (this is above the head and some is outside work. No degree is needed, but some lab experience is required. Hours are M-F 7am-4pm(must be somewhat flexible based on schedule-possible 6am-3pm or might need to work late some days until 5:30 or even 6pm if there are late arriving trucks.
