Basic Job Description:
We are seeking Chemical Process Engineers interested in a rewarding career as a Department Manager at a top tier MEP and Engineering Consulting company.  This position will stretch your expertise and customer service skills and you will take part in challenging cutting edge projects while leading a fast growing team. The position is located in Madison, WI.  Relocation assistance is provided if required.  There are many excellent company benefits that apply. 

Successful candidates will use their Process Engineering and Management skills to execute services that improve our client’s value stream by delivering on design, development, and optimization projects.

Ability to generate all aspects of a process design (heat and material balances, process flow diagrams, P&ID’s, process performance requirements) is required and experience with following the design from concept through construction is preferred. We are looking for candidates with 8 to 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, biotech, bio-fuels, ethanol, fine chemical or consumer products industries.

BS or Masters in Chemical or mechanical Engineering degree is required.  Someone with a Consulting Engineering background is highly desired.  Ability to find and source projects is also highly desired as part of the overall skills and abilities.
