The successful candidate should demonstrate judgment and initiative, and embrace challenge and teamwork, in a growth-oriented company committed to integrity, compliance and value creation. Candidates should expect the following for the position:ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES:*Draft, review and negotiate strategic business and commercial agreements across multiple commercial areas and multiple global jurisdictions;*Provide legal advice on commercial growth opportunities;*Assist in global strategic acquisitions and divestitures; and*Manage global capital projects.EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:*5+ years of rigorous legal experience with a well-regarded law firm;*Strong legal thinking, communication and drafting skills with strong understanding of commercial legal issues;*Excellent project management skills and strong desire to work on challenging global projects;*Strong commitment to legal compliance and ability to appropriately challenge business leaders with respect to legal compliance; and*Legal degree from a well-regarded law school with good academic credentials.EXPERIENCE & SKILLS PREFERRED:*Background in sophisticated corporate and commercial law, including mergers & acquisitions work; and*Experience with international and cross-border transactions.We are an equal opportunity employer.
