Construction Project Scheduler

 

Large specialty piping contractor in search of an out-going, experienced Construction Project Scheduler. 

 

Minimum Requirements:

- Comprehensive understanding of all Microsoft Office software systems.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Project scheduling. 

- Proficiency with Primavera P3 scheduling.

- High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and trustworthiness.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with CPM scheduling, weekly evaluation of construction progress, manpower loading charts, and forecasting.

- Scheduling multiple trades and resources congruently.

- Minimum 5 years experience in a related capacity.

 

Preferred Requirements:

- Refinery experience in a related capacity.

- Demonstrate the ability to schedule and organize multiple projects and scopes congruently.

- The ability to take a previous knowledge of mechanical piping systems construction and lead a team to develop the CPM by working closely with owners and owner’s representatives.

- The ability to develop customized scheduling reports and charts based on the owner’s requirements, the project budgets, and resource data.
