Contracts Coordinator/Marketing

 

International oil and gas company is seeking a Contracts Coordinator for their Denver Tech Center office. This company is a well known, very large Denver based company with an excellent, very employee friendly culture that encourages and supports internal promotability and supports long term relationships. This position will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance of sales & marketing contracts/agreements with their clients. This position will also perform customer related billing/analysis duties and will provide database management for all contracts and renewals.

Day to day tasks include creating, distributing and tracking legal documents, document maintenance, database management, and internal coordination/routing of new customer data. Must have the ability to prioritize and work with all levels of an organization.

Technical skills needed-working knowledge of Livelink, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong administrative skills, and marketing organizational knowledge, wholesale, branded and commercial. Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Oil and gas experience a plus, but not required.
