Control System Integrator/Engineering

 

Champion Technology Services is a Control Systems Integration company with offices in Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and Lake Charles, LA, Houston,TX, Jackson, MS, and Salt Lake City, UT.  We support a wide range of technologies from remote telemetry and industrial automation to enterprise level plant management systems. Our client base is comprised various companies from small businesses to multinational corporations operating within the following areas: RefiningPetrochemicalOil & GasManufacturingPipeline Storage and TransportPowerPulp and PaperMiningAutomotive Water Treatment/Waste Water

We are a rapidly expanding team of professionals looking to continue to provide a world-class service to our client base.  Ideal applicants should have a working knowledge of computer programming, electrical theory and/or experience in industrial automation.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

· Program, maintain and troubleshoot PLC, DCS, and HMI systems.

· Data processing & management, database development.

· Maintain and develop effective client relationships.

 

Preferred Technical Skills:

 

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, (Word, Visio, Excel, and Access).

· Visual Basic, C#, C++, MS .NET, SQL.

· Allen-Bradley SLC/CLX, Modicon 984LL/Unity.

· Control Microsystems, Fisher ROC RTU's & Flow Computers.

· Honeywell TDC2000/3000/Experion PKS, Emerson DeltaV, Yokogawa CS3000

· HMI Software (RSView32/SE,  Intellution Fix32/iFix, Wonderware InTouch/AppServer)

 

Preferred Experience/Education: 

  Working knowledge of:Computer ProgrammingElectrical TheoryBS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or 2 years of real-time experience
