CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTANT

 

Chemical Abstracts Service has an immediate opening for a Customer Support Assistant in its Marketing Division. This position will be responsible for setting up customer accounts and invoicing while adhering to confidentiality; performing system look-up to answer customer and/or vendor inquiries worldwide; communicating with customers, account consultants, and a large variety of CAS staff via e-mail and phone.

 

Candidates must be able to handle high-volume and complex billing and account management responsibilities; have the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in all aspects or related activity; be able to participate in a team environment; be proficient with PC and Microsoft Office Software applications. Knowledge of CAS products and business systems (e.g. SAP), is preferred.
