Manager of Mechanical Engineering. The position requires that the Manager of Mechanical Engineering manage a staff of engineers and designers working on multiple mechanical/process design projects in the Greater Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania region. This position calls for an individual with a Mechanical Engineering degree plus a minimum of 10 years experience working on heavy industrial projects. Customer expectations demand a strong working knowledge of and experience in the engineering, design and detailing of mechanical equipment or systems and process piping including the front-end engineering and development of job specifications. Expertise in the use of AutoCAD and Caesar II Stress Analysis is preferred as well as a PE license.
Candidates must have a flexible schedule and quick response time in order to accommodate our customers’ changing needs. Also, candidate must be able to manage others and work independently.
