Director Extrusion Operations - Multi Plant

In this role you will join the industry leader and help lead a major expansion into an entirely new market. We're making a significant investment in order to enter the PE corrugated pipe market, a market we expect will continue to grow significantly, and one that currently is served by a single player. If you have the aptitude, you may contribute beyond production implementation, in areas such as market development. You'll oversee the launch of three factories and 15 production lines, coordinating among a large number of moving parts. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have solid extrusion manufacturing experience in the plastics industry, and experience starting up factories and/or production lines. In addition, you'll need a solid work ethic and a willingness to take a hands-on approach in a lean organization.
