Coach, counsel, motivate, and lead direct reports to adhere to the Routine Maintenance Work Process and serve as role model for subordinates to emulate. Improve Equipment Reliability Work Process by serving as a key leader in the Reliability Centered Maintenance Review (RCM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) programs as well as improve effectiveness of PPM programs in the CMMS system. Organize and coordinate activities in support of Daily E/I Maintenance Schedule. Coordinate and direct all activities associated with emergency work orders (P-1s). Assure 100% compliance with recording of Equipment History for SAP work orders with immediate crews. Key contributor toward accomplishment of 1.5% Maintenance Cost as a percent of Replacement Asset Value (RAV). Promote and use safe work practices to provide a safe work environment and ensure Process Safety Management requirements are met. Experience and Skills Required: Proven leadership skills. Knowledge of Routine Maintenance Work Process, RCMs, RCAs, CMMS. Knowledge of Process Safety Management systems. Knowledge and 3-5 years experience with Electrical and Instrumentation disciplinesPrefer: 5-10 years experience in a chemical manufacturing facility. Leadership and supervision experience in Electrical or Instrumentation shop Knowledge of Plant Electrical and Instrumentation. Demonstrated understanding of Routine Maintenance Work Process, RCMs, RCAs, SAP program. Knowledge of Sites Quality Management SystemsEducation Required: Associates Degree or 5 years of equivalent Electrical and Instrumentation experience; Prefer Bachelor's DegreeWe are an equal opportunity employer.
