Energetic Project Coordinator - North Houston - $45K

Outstanding Project Coordinator Position in North Houston. Salary range is $35K - $45K DOE. The desired candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: Extensive customer service and multi-tasking experience in a fast paced environment. Must feel comfortable making cold calls to locate potential sources for the project work. Must be experience meeting with clients on behalf of the company. Candidate will maintain a normal workflow of 10-15 projects simultaneously. Expert level for Microsoft Word. Intermediate Excel experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Oil and Gas experienced preferred. At least 5 years of project management experience without Oil and Gas experience. Responsibilities:1.  To develop and lead a customer service relationship with all clients and operational personnel that includes regular face-to-face meetings for maintenance and additional sales opportunities.2.  To monitor all operational costs, both fixed and variable, to ensure continuing profitability.3.  To maintain continuity and communications between themselves, the Operations Manager, and all other employees regarding all company issues.4.  To assist compiling lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on internal information, field personnel information, newspapers, periodicals, and networking.5.  To provide recommendations to management for improving company/client services and relationships.6.  To develop and maintain a strong data based system to report client job and budget status.7.  To develop each client’s relationship to the maximum by timely responses, proper communication, coordinator availability, correct and timely reporting, budget management, and correct invoicing. For immediate consideration, please send your resume to reeshemahh@brookecompanies.com TODAY!
