You can learn more about INVISTA by visiting www.INVISTACareers.com JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*Champion the implementation of the Compliance Systems Owner Process and develop an action plan to implement at the Wilmington Site* Prioritize all EHS programs with respect to risk for non-compliance *Identify Compliance System Owners at capability and program level for each critical program with single ownership assigned. *Identify EHS Program Gaps (current state vs. future state) and work toward filling those gaps by understanding applicable requirements, integrating into existing operating tools and where necessary identifying new tools *Ensure that the elements of the Compliance Systems Processes are documented for each program to achieve sustainability. *Drive continual improvement by successful integration of the EHS Compliance Systems Process into site Operations (employee action level) *Use the Compliance System Owner Process developed by INVISTA and work with the EHS team and operations to develop our compliance systems into robust sustainable systems.*Responsible for working with the appropriate Capability and Program CSO to design real world systems to ensure 10,000% compliance with all Environmental, Health, and Safety Programs and our Corporate Standards.REQUIRED:*High School Diploma coupled with 4 years of industrial plant experience with environmental, health and safety responsibilities OR Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental or Chemical Engineering or Environmental Management*Good organization, communication, and people interaction*Computer skills to include Microsoft OfficePREFERRED: *Experience in the development, implementation and management of environmental, health, and safety compliance systems *Experience & understanding of air permitting and compliance, waste compliance, water permitting and compliance, chemical release reporting, and OSHA regulationsWe are an equal opportunity employer.
