Utilizing state-of-the-art technology, you will contribute directly to the development of Qatar Petroleum’s operated oil and associated gas fields. Facilities Engineers (UK525470)QP is now looking for Facilities Engineers to undertake studies utilizing effective tools and techniques.  Optimize surface production facility conceptual design and conclude parameters required for preliminary engineering design.  Provide technical support to preliminary and final engineering designs of upstream offshore facilities. Facilitate synergy between various Offshore End Users to minimize facilities Capital & Operating Costs and to minimize the facilities environmental impact.  Responsible and accountable for engineering/design of facilities for assigned projects from the initiation up to the execution phase.  Coordinate the technical design of offshore facilities to accommodate all user needs. They will have a thorough knowledge of upstream gas/ condensate/LPC processing and treatment technologies and cost estimating techniques for large scale capital projects. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 10 years experience in the oil and gas industry practicing production, topside facilities design and developments, together with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a strong chemical engineering content.
