1.   Gas and Liquid Sweetening SpecialistRef #:  E01-70008194; Location:  Dhahran, Saudi ArabiaPOSITION DESCRIPTION: Gas Processing: Gas & Liquid Sweetening Specialist: Company is seeking an Engineering Specialist with extensive experience in sour gas & liquid sweetening processes. Incumbent should have extensive knowledge to conduct economic studies and cost analysis of different gas and liquid sweetening systems. Incumbent should audit and review existing gas & liquid sweetening facilities/systems to identify improvement opportunities, potential problems, and remedies to existing problems, should work closely with operating plants and other Engineering organizations, should participate in studies, evaluations and investigations in collaboration with other Saudi Aramco and outside organizations related to new and existing sweetening facilities/systems. Should develop plans for reviewing and incorporating new technologies in Saudi Aramco plants, should conduct simulations studies using Saudi Aramco licensed process simulation software packages such as HYSYS & Promax, should deliver presentations to an international audience of experts and publishes technical papers, should mentor Saudi Arab engineers and future sweetening specialists. Incumbent should possess excellent computer skills as well as excellent oral/written presentation skills.SELECTION CRITERIA: BS Engineering (major Chemical Engineering with Advance Degree preferred) with 10 years of experience in gas processing/gas & liquid sweetening. Incumbent should have extensive knowledge to conduct economic studies and cost analysis of different sweetening systems.
