The global FAST team is a serviced based, IT group which provides development and support resources to sites in support of AspenTech Products and interfaces. The team has skills in developing and implementing solutions which utilize the AspenTech Manufacturing Suite (AMS) of AspenTech products. The team will also provide web-enabled solutions which can be integrated with Web.21 in an effort to maximize the use of the AMS products.Specific Responsibilities include: Design, develop and deploy software solutions using Aspen Manufacturing suite products for the INVISTA businesses. Deliver reliable and supportable IT solutions within the Leveraged Manufacturing Systems space for the Aspen Tech suite of products. Provide 2nd-level support for the installed base of Aspen products and systems within INVISTA. Provide consultation and training services to site support individuals in need of understanding Aspen products. Provide troubleshooting assistance to site support individuals in diagnosing and fixing manufacturing system problems. Initiate leveragable opportunities with site IT leadership and site IT teams. Perform product and patch installations, perform application migrations and upgrades of Aspen products such that a common and supportable Aspen infrastructure is maintained within INVISTA. Ability to support multiple manufacturing locations in several countries on an as-needed basis. Support may include non traditional working hours.Experience Required: Possess at minimum a BS Degree Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or other related field of study 5+ years development experience with Aspen Manufacturing Suite products Ability to troubleshoot and solve user problems. Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work with a variety of people teamwork & good interpersonal skills Strong organization skillsExperience Preferred: MS Degree Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering SharePoint and Microsoft Office application experience MS SQL Database management experience.
