This EHS team seeks an influential H&S Leader who understands how to change an attitude, sell an idea, and identify opportunities for improvement and take unsolicited action to achieve results.

 

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

 

· A success track record of resolving business challenges while simultaneously empowering, energizing and invigorating others 

· Strong presentation skills

· Capacity to effectively communicate cross-functionally and invite response/dissent

· Working knowledge of OSHA Compliance

· Superior influence skills which generate buy-in are imperative

· Auditing experience a plus

· Strong understanding of setting aggressive targets and acting with accountability and commitment

 

Requirements:

 

· B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related field

· CSP or CIH a plus

· Experience in chemically intensive environments a plus  

· Minimum of 5 years of progressive H&S experience
