Inside sales and marketing

Job Purpose:

Generate sales by developing new customer sales through existing customer base and developing new markets;  understanding and interpreting technical requirements; providing technical information.


Duties:

Help build a distributor network and support existing sales force.

Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations and direct marketing.
Develop accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.

Maintain communication by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.

 

Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities, some trade shows and product training seminars.
