INSTRUMENTATION PROJECT MANAGER

As a Midwest-based, national construction, engineering, instrumenation, and automation group of companies, we serve manufacturing clients in building and maximizing the use of their facilities. Presently, we have a need for an Instrumentation Project Manager in our Sioux Center, IA location.

Primary Responsibilities will include:

1) Proposal development for potential instrumentation projects.

2) Specification and procurement of instrumentation.

3) P&ID review and development

4) Building relationships with customers, both existing and prospective. Understanding the instrumentation requirements of Interstates' clients. This may include:

• Consultative selling

• ROI / feasibility studies

• Efficiency studies

5) Enhancing systems, processes, and procedures that allow appropriate project information to be collected and distributed in a timely, efficient manner.

Great people for this position will have:

* Engineering degree or Technical Degree with 2 to 5 years of related experience

* Good communication (verbal, written, listening) and team work skills

* A desire to work with great people in a casual, fun, growing company

* Project management and skills

* Experience leading a team

* The ability to work out of our Sioux Center, IA location
