Laboratory Manager

JOB TITLE: LAB MANAGER REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Chemistry or Engineering Required.    At least five years of experience in mid to senior level management.         CLASSIFICATION: Exempt JOB DESCRIPTION: Manage all aspects for laboratory operations,  including profitability, (DUTIES) personnel decisions, budgeting, customer interaction and quality programs.       Must maintain corporate required production and customer service   levels.       Support sales efforts via development or implementation of new test   capabilities.       Interview and hire all laboratory personnel.       Manage all financial requirements of the laboratory, purchases and    expenditures.  Approve all vendor invoices before sending to Corporate.       Assure that all testing is according to established procedures and    prescribed standards.       Maintain laboratory instruments in good working order.       Observe and enforce all safety rules.        Visit our website at http://www.analystsinc.com
