Lead Chemical Operator $16.00-$19.00/hr

Santa Fe Springs, CA.

 

·  Leads the crew in the day to day execution of RC Operation.

·  Has a working knowledge of all Reforming CAT processes and ensures a “front line, hands-on” supervisory role.

·  Reduces overtime and costs in running the crew.

·  Ensures economical usage of chemicals and utilities to reduce the overall cost in running the crew.

·  Assures precious metal security during all processes for the crew and especially during handovers to other crews and departments.

·  Is responsible for the reduction of accidents (occupational, reportable and minor) to zero while supervising the crew.
