Ensures local process processes are followed, Ensures work is performed to plan Tracks test execution, reports progress and presents status to management team.-Produce test reports and defect reports.Provide an assessment of quality of the system to the management team.- Oversees the development, maintenance, and upgrading of test procedures and test software and Manages teams working on shiftsFamiliar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of large system test and distributed control systems. This position reports to the System Test Manager for Experion Control and Safety Systems.  Basic Qualifications:- Requires a bachelor's degree in software engineering or related field and 5-7 years of experience in large system test,Microsoft Project experience Proven leadership of test teamsFamiliarity with industry standards for test planning, test procedures and test reports Experience with distributed control system Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills. As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we are committed to a diverse workforce
