Lean and Continuous Improvement Leader

 

 Join our team and use your skills and experience to educate, communicate, lead and excite our organization in Lean and Continuous Improvement.  Position reports to COO of sample manufacturer with three shifts of production.  Key objective is to drive continuous improvement initiatives.  This is a “hands-on” position in which you would be expected to design experiments, complete benchmark studies, deploy internal and external best practices and lead lean activities including Kaizen events and mistake proofing.

 

Requirements:  High potential or experienced track record of success in Six Sigma, Lean, Continuous ImprovementAcademic degree in related engineering, technical, business discipline or equivalent experience Must be able to work flexible hours to accomplish assigned tasksAbility to work without significant direct guidanceAdaptive leadership and influencing skills, collaborative and “can do” spiritMechanical aptitude and time management skills
