M&A Director US

Job title   M&A Director Location  up to $250,000 base plus bonus Salary Excellent package/plus bonus and benefits  Reference: ASJ 29485   With operation in more than 100 countries, our client is a well known and successful multinational group within the Healthcare sector. They currently are recruiting for an M&A Director to strengthen the Business Development team and whose main objective will be to successfully manage M&A deals from inception to close. This is a very senior appointment which has arisen due to an internal promotion.   Responsibilities:  Supporting a wide range of business development activities, including mergers and acquisitions, licensing and alliances Develop and execute transactions to support the business by identifying targets, leading due diligence and structuring/negotiating deals Prioritize global market requirements, perform gap analysis to the current portfolio, and define strategic and tactical steps to best position segment for accelerated growth Provide business development leadership for various business segments Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required  Acting in accordance to the Quality Management System, Policy and Goals, as well as applicable laws and regulations   Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines   Qualifications:   University degree in Finance, Economics or other relevant disciplines, MBA desirable  Proven track record of successes in the M&A area    Proven deal leadership skills with track record of successful deal closing  Demonstrated experience in analyzing and negotiating business transactions including acquisition evaluation, modelling and financial statement analysis  Understanding of tax and accounting issues  Ability to identify business opportunities according to the corporate objectives · Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to liaise with people at the most senior level · Demonstrated team leadership skills  · Simplifying strategy into specific actions with clear accountability  · Fluency in English   The group offers and excellent supportive meritocratic environment where personal development and achievements are supported and recognized. Candidates interested in the role and meeting the above criteria should e-mail their CV and motivation letter to Andrew San Juan, Researcher on BD@tppinternational.eu  quoting the reference in the subject box  Additional Information Location: US-IL-Chicago Status: Full Time, Employee Career Level: Executive (Director, Department Head) Reference Code: ASJ 29485 Job Category: Business/Strategic Management Salary/Wage: 200,000.00 - 250,000.00 USD /yearbonus of $50-75k on performance plus excellent benefits package Relevant Work Experience: 7+ to 10 Years Education Level: Master's Degree Contact: TPP International Apply Online View all "TPP International" jobs
