Mechanical Engineer 
Work description:  If you like diversity and want to be able to work on either larger scale projects or handle smaller projects alone, M&H offers the ability to shape your work the way that best suits you. Includes preparation of specifications for process, utility and compression equipment as well as other possible requirements below but not all required.  At least 2 years experience in offshore / upstream oil & gas and Mechanical / facilities. 
If you have experience in any of the following areas please apply not all experience below is required.
• Mechanical flow sheet preparation.
• Specification of equipment. (Pressure vessels, pumps, heaters, coolers, compressors, etc.) including data sheets.
• Line sizing
• Relief system sizing.
• Utility system sizing (potable water, diesel, deluge system, instrument air, utility seawater)
• Compressor station/module design.
• Pump Selection and NPSH calculations.

A candidate does not have to have all the experience noted above.  Requirements: • At least 5 years experience in upstream oil & gase and experience as a mechanical / facilities engineer.
• Must be familiar with API 14C and 14E
• Preparation of P&ID, SFD & SAFE charts, Technical Bid-evaluations, Vendor data review, preparation of MMS permit package.
• 2 years offshore experience a plus.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, PE preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED
