Maintenance Manager

A Maintenance Manager is needed at a large, international chemical processing facility in North Carolina between Charlotte and Greensboro. Qualified candidates will possess the following experience and knowledge to be considered for interviews:

" Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology, or other related engineering field.
" 7 or more years of experience supervising a maintenance department, including the supervision of contractors and hourly employees, as well as staff.
" Process chemical industry experience in a batch chemical operation is desired - experience in food processing, pharmaceuticals, or similar operations may be considered.
" Experience in predictive maintenance, computerized maintenance systems, and computerized maintenance planning is required. Experience in installing/developing/initiating a Predictive system, CMS, or CMP process is desired, and SAP knowledge is a plus.
" Knowledge/experience in the operation and maintenance of plant utilities (i.e. steam, compressed air, cooling towers, chillers, HVAC, etc.).
" Knowledge of OSHA process safety regulations, ISO 9002 requirements, GMP standards, and industry process standards including ASME B31.3.
" Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and be able to multi-task.
