INSERT BRIEF POSITION DESCRIPTION: As the Manager of Planning & Analysis, you will support the Division President for Performance Materials, Water Technologies, and Ashland Distribution, providing financial analysis of business performance. This position will be responsible for coordinating business analysts within both Planning & Analysis and Accounting and leading business analysis within Ashland to develop and test strategic thinking by management, to develop short-term and long-term financial projections, and to monitor and lead initiatives to improve financial performance. In addition, as appropriate and as time permits, you will be responsible for leading M&A-related projects, including negotiation, due diligence and financial analysis.. **This position is located in Dublin, Ohio **This job is based on a ladder structure and the job level (salary) will be determined by the quantity and quality of your experience.** Bachelor degree in accounting, business, economics, finance or related curriculum preferred, plus MBA strongly preferred. **Minimum of 7 years experience: Finance / Accounting / M&A, experience working with senior management personnel, financial analysis, project management, and negotiation skills.** Must be authorized to work in the United States Ashland has a history of attracting the best people and keeping them.
