Manage development of all marketing collaterals coordinating content development with product management team and creative services.2. Manage and develop marketing intranet website to be used by channel partners and distributors. 3. Lead development of marketing collateral and communication for select product lines and channel. 4. Training distribution and internal reps on marking programs.5. Lead internal communication – coordinate development and publish Global Chemical newsletter6. Own external communication – utilize all available vehicles (webcast, webinars, e-newsletters, LabReporter etc.) to communicate Global Chemicals initiatives with distribution sales and marketing teams. 7. Assist in tracking of marketing and incentive programs.8. Accountable for facilitating the marketing communications activities for the Americas in a timely and efficient manner.9. Manage the marketing communications project log, including tracking expenses for each campaign. 10. Facilitate campaign analysis by compiling data, including total quantity mailed/emailed, returned mail/bounceback, etc.11. Accountable for preparation and coordination of conferences and events. Prepare necessary forms for conference attendance, services, and registrations; coordinate shipments from exhibit house; track shipments; process invoices.12. Prepare monthly reports on literature inventory, premiums inventory, and project status.13. Develop and use various tools and techniques to gather, maintain, analyze, and understand client and industry data sets or databases of information.14. Assist in developing solutions to meet business needs and changes by gathering, compiling and reviewing information and data, examining and evaluating existing systems and procedures, identifying alternate courses of action, developing tools and/or improvements15. Prepare and maintain customer lists for mailing or emailing. Obtain current list from marketing analyst; ensure updated with opt-out status; present in format required by mail house.16. Maintain relationships with external vendors on a project management basis. Vendors include printers, mail house, design agency, etc. Functional Skills· Experience in developing creative marketing campaigns that capture new customers and drive sales growth· Ability to lead development of marketing collateralo Coordinate gathering of technical content o Partnering with product management team in order to guide the creative team through the development of marketing tools · Experience Coordinating trade shows and events· Management and preparation of Sales/Commercial Meetings· Management of promotional redemptions and marketing campaign tracking General Skills· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Exceptional problem solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to gain consensus and facilitate decision making within a matrix environment · Outstanding project management skills; ability to manage without authority · Strong organizational skills, ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously; Good time management skills· Resourceful and motivated; demonstrates ability to find ways to get the job done· Creative, energetic, proactive and forward thinking · Computer skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Power Point, Word, Excel), familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator is a plus; effective compositional skills· Demonstrates positive attitude and willingness to learnJob Level: Experienced
