Position Summary:

Sell to new customers having a regional or national footprint with multiple locations; specialized market segments to include Food, Transportation, Hospitality, Government or Core.

Essential Job Functions & Accountabilities:
Prospects for new multi location customers whose annual revenue exceeds $250,000 annually.Conducts Strategic Selling / Consultative Selling Process. Inclusive from, but not limited to Interest generation, site surveys, needs analysis, presentation of Zep products and services, to closing the sale. Travels as necessary to meet with prospects and customers.Prepares internal financial data / pro forma's for new National Account prospects that meets minimum sales and profit requirements. Gains Sr. Management approval before presenting to customer.Maintains, prepares and distributes monthly sales reports and 30-60-90 day sales funnels.Works closely with the field sales organization, chemists, Marketing and Sr. Management to successfully navigate the selling process to conclusion of the sale. Travels as necessary to meet with these stakeholders. Provides feedback to all and keeps abreast of current and changing market conditions.
Education & Experience Requirements:
.A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent in Business Administration, Chemistry or other similar related field of study.7 + years experience successfully selling to large-scale, Regional multi-location or National Accounts.Highly skilled in Strategic Selling and/or Consultative Selling.Strong knowledge of Chemistry is preferred.
