OEM Liason & Industry Representative

Evonik RohMax USA, Inc., a global company in the field of chemical additives for lubricants, is looking for a person to fill the position of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Liaison and Industry Representative. The selected individual will be one of a global team of people who interface with the OEMs, lubricant industry committees and working groups responsible for developing lubricant specifications.

 

Job RequirementsDegree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or a related field.Strong interest in the automotive industry and/or a strong mechanical aptitudeStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to identify trends from complex environments 

 

The preferred candidate will have at least ten years’ experience  Experience in the automotive, hydraulics’ or lubricants’ industryExperience in sales, technical marketing or customer serviceExperience writing and presenting technical papers

Job would involve:Establishing contacts and nurturing relationships with OEMs in the automotive, hydraulic or alternative energy fieldsExtensive travel throughout North America and up to 10% global travel is required.
