Ensures effective and consistent administration of all company policies, procedures, and programs. Mentors and develops supervisors to improve all facets of area performance utilizing Six Sigma tools.A strong and visual advocate of workplace safety for all employees.  Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements. Improves costs and processes to support business goals. Participates in Union Management Process to resolve grievances and promoting positive labor relations. Serves as a Plant Leadership Team member.Education and Experience  Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related technical discipline.
