Operations Manager for International Division

 

 

  Rochester Midland Corporation (RMC) was founded in Rochester, NY in 1888. We manufacture and sell several hundred specialty chemicals used for water treatment, food safety, building maintenance, and the printing industry.  RMC also has a Personal Care Products Division, which is a major producer of paper toiler seat covers, among other products. Today, RMC conducts business in every state as well as internationally.

 

RMC is seeking an experienced and professional Operations Manager for our international business.  The ideal candidate will plan, organize, direct, and control the Customer Service operations for the International Division, including the functions of customer relations, freight forwarding, account maintenance and receivables, order entry and credit/collections. 

 

This position requires college level experience of business in a manufacturing organization, preferably international business.  A working level knowledge of customer service principles is also necessary.

 

English/Spanish bilingual is necessary for this position.
