Outside Sales

Welker specializes in designing and manufacturing products for the oil and gas industry. We are looking for individuals who are capable of developing and supporting potential, new, and existing customers to increase sales. No experience is necessary; however, we strive to hire individuals exhibiting a drive to succeed and a technical aptitude is a must. Our ideal candidate will have excellent follow through skills, organizational skills, and the desire to master the knowledge of our wide range of products. A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of applications and the ability to learn the Welker enterprise resource planning software is required.

This position requires regional travel based out of the Sugar Land, Texas office. This is a salaried position with competitive benefits. Starting salaries range from $25,000 to $45,000 depending on education and experience.
