PRODUCTION CONTROL MANAGER

The Leader III, Operations Manufacturing Individual participates in directing the manufacturing process operations. Ensures that all phases of manufacturing activities are performed in a safe manner and in compliance. _Candidate will manage wet paint and powder coat paint operations in a manufacturing environment. •Ensure a safe workplace for all team members. •Lead continuous improvement in safety, quality, and delivery. •Ensure system performance to meet quality and delivery requirements •Create and manage area budget •Monitor and reduce costs associated with production system   •4 year college degree in Engineering or Business. •Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in paint processes •Ability to coordinate and prioritize technical, administrative and production resources to solve root cause issues •Demonstrated ability to plan and manage annual and monthly budgets •General knowledge of OSHA/WISHA safety standards and implementation of ergonomic principles •Strong skill set using PC and software programs such as MS Word, Excel, and Project •Ability to work closely with diverse group of people in a team environment •Excellent oral and written communication skills •Demonstrated ability to motivate and train others •Flexible and able to work extra hours on a daily basis if needed and with short notice as production requires •Ability to work well under pressure     If interested, please apply online at http://track.jobviper.com/ViewJob.asp?id=514986-3-883
