Kelly Scientific Resources is recruiting a direct hire Pilot Plant Operator for our customer in West Houston. The Pilot Plant Operator will operate multiple pilot plants built for the energy and chemicals business and utilize computer based control systems. REQUIREMENTS-Seeking person with 5 yrs. Chemical Plant or Pilot Plant experience. In lieu of experience, will consider someone, with 2 yrs. college degree in Applied Science in process technology or similar for a junior level. -Formal education in class room in areas of unit operations for refining and chemicals.-Working knowledge with MS Word and Excel used to develop and maintain pilot plant documents preferred.-Five days per week, regular shift work required; primarily day & evening hours. Potential of occasional weekend work. Learn more about company
