Pipeline Construction Manager

Provides general engineering, project scope development, cost estimation, project management, scheduling and cost tracking; engineering and construction management services to support various maintenance and operations projects. Regularly functions as a Project Manager or Construction Manager for various projects of varying scope and complexity, scheduling all aspects of project construction and startup. Manage company field personnel and/or general contractors with a strong focus on safe construction practices. Provide assistance in developing options/solutions for pipeline maintenance issues and support DOT regulatory compliance efforts. Assist in right of way issues, hot work supervision and equipment repairs; assists in representing the Company with government agencies, property owners and outside contractors.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline; minimum of 3 years related work experience; strong computer skills; excellent verbal and written communications skills; strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated excellence working in a team environment; customer focused, and results oriented.
