Establish and maintain communication (verbal, written, reports, mark-ups) with Project Mgmt on the status, progress, problems/opportunities, and recommendations for action for project related items. Participate in the prepration of proposals and presentations to project and/or clients. Direct the preparation of required research, technical development, evalutaion of data, and preparation of documentation or reports. Work towards the establishment of an early understanding of project/client requirements. Maintain a professional relationship which is flexible and responsive to client requirements within the constraints of budget and schedule. Observe ongoing operations activities and recommend innovative approaches to operations planning and execution methods. Maintain liason with individuals and units/entities within or outside the organization with potential impact on the operations, technical performance, or qualifications of the department.QualificationsBS in Engineering with 20 or more yrs of experience in the Oil, Gas, Power, and Chemicals Industries. 10 or more yrs as a Lead Mechanical Engineer supervising a team of at least eight. Professional Registration preferred.
