Project Manager

PROJECT MANAGER Midwestern Services, Inc., a 32 year-old leading company in the Tank Cleaning Industry is seeking responsible, integrity driven individuals with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience  in oil field, industrial maintenance, pipeline, commercial construction and/or related fields.  Knowledge of tank cleaning is a plus, but is not required.  Our Supervisor Positions require the following:   80-90% travel - out of town for extended periods; Understanding and experience with pumps, piping, & valves; The ability to coordinate and supervise sub-contractors, their equipment, labor and charges; Discipline to accurately & consistently prepare and report required documentation from the job-site to management in a timely manner; The ability to directly supervise and manage a project, as well as a crew of 5 or more people; The ability to anticipate and mitigate potential problems both on the job site, and with personnel under their direct supervision; The ability to effectively communicate with management, customers and crew members; The ability to effectively manage a budget, and review and understand P&L statements; and Be self-motivated and driven to complete projects on time in a safe and cost effective manner. If you meet the above qualifications and are seeking career as a supervisor with a well established and growing company that maintains offices in both Houston and Snyder, Texas. Our benefits include a company vehicle, gas cards, personal laptop, cell phone, daily per diem, coverage of all expenses, including hotel bills, etc; 35-40% bonuses on all jobs brought in on schedule and on budget; with additional bonuses for jobs brought in under schedule and under budget (last year 98% of our jobs came in at or below the bid amount and at/or under schedule); further we offer an IRA to which you can contribute up to 10% of your salary, including bonuses and  Midwestern Services, Inc.  will contribute 3%, we have immediate openings, and will train you in all aspects of our tank cleaning operations.Should you be interested in a career, with room for growth, please forward your resume with salary requirements to Michelle Farquhar via email to mfarquhar@midwesternservices.com or Fax to (713) 923-8694. Pre-employment Screening requires both a background and credit check.
