Mid-Continent Regional Manager

 

Ferguson Beauregard, a leader in artificial lift technology and wellhead automation for oil & gas production, seeks to fill a key management position, Mid-Continent Regional Manager.  This position will be officed in either the Oklahoma Area or in the Tyler, TX Area and the Manager will oversee multiple sales & service locations in Oklahoma, Texas, and Louisiana.

 

The successful candidate shall have:

1)  Bachelor's Degree in related field (business, marketing, management, petroleum engineering)

2)  Minimum of five (5) years management experience (prefer multiple locations/regions)

3)  Minimum of two (2) years sales / marketing experience with strong communication & presentation skills

4)  Knowledge of oil and gas production (prefer experience with artificial lift, automation, communications, telemetry, SCADA, and wireless monitoring within O&G industry)

5)Computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc)

6)  Inventory Management experience

7)  Willingness to travel

 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

1)  Hiring, Training, Developing, Evaluating, and Motivating personnel in field offices

2)  Defining goals & initiatives for region, communicating them to staff, and determining accountabilities and measurements of such

3)  Determining how to initiate growth in region including directly participating in meeting with customers and contacts

4)  Inventory management & increasing inventory turns in region

5) Will handle the strategizing, planning, and budgeting processes for the region & will be an important component of the executive management team
